MY STORY
How I got my start in Alternative Medicine and Alternative Therapy.
Haven Wellness was founded in 2013 in order to provide comprehensive holistic alternative healthcare services that support and foster the health of my clients. I offer a variety of modalities, to improve and help you maintain your optimal health.
My work blends a lifelong passion for holistic wellness with advanced study in naturopathy, herbalism, homeopathy, and mind-body somatic approaches to support balance, vitality, and healing from within.

Alongside my naturopathy training, I’ve studied and integrated somatic-based approaches that work directly with the mind-body connection to help release stored stress, enhance self-regulation, and restore nervous system balance. My practice is informed by a diverse set of certifications and trainings, allowing me to tailor each session to the unique needs of my clients.

I highly recommend Mary as a healing energy practitioner! I am an ICU RN taking care of COVID patients. I myself caught COVID and was home sick with life threatening symptoms for 3 weeks. Upon my return to work, I have been suffering from extreme anxiety / panic attacks, such that I was struggling to function. One day after arriving home from work I broke down - 10/10 panic attack. I needed help and I called Mary. I truly believe she has been gifted and blessed by God to help provide healing through her energy practice. After having a session with her over the phone, I noticed a calming in my mind, the need to run away dissipated, my breathing had slowed down, the pressure in my throat had left, and the tightness in my chest was gone.
